This will be a facilitator run discussion that is designed to help you leave with something concrete that you can act on.

For the past decade, Melinda has been in the People and Culture (some know it has HR) field in a variety of different industries from entertainment to biotech. She is passionate about employee engagement and development and has supported many employees on their journey to grow within their own careers or shift into something entirely different.
