Kelly Kim

Performance Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

Sodexo

Kelly Kim serves on the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Sodexo, a world leader in quality of life services and a $9.2B company with over 30,000 sites in 80 countries worldwide. Kelly started her career in sustainability consulting for farmers, agribusinesses, and NGOs focused on sustainable agriculture and food.  In her current role at Sodexo, she focuses on sustainability performance and measurement to ensure Sodexo’s North American business achieves the goals established in our global corporate responsibility strategy.

 

Kelly is passionate about sustainability, volunteerism, and diversity and inclusion. She is the National Chapter Engagement Chair for Sodexo’s Pan-Asian Employee Resource Business Group and leads all engagement activities and events for the DC Metro employees. Kelly is the Adoptions Director for a nonprofit dog-rescue that saves dogs from bad situations in Texas.  She also served as a mentor for low-income 5th grade girls in Virginia through a STEAM program focused on the arts, Space of Her Own.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Tech. Kelly lives with her husband and two dogs in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Maeve McInnis

Maine Course Director

Sodexo

McInnis, originally from Cape Neddick, ME and a current resident of Portland, earned a master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management with a specialization in Food & the Environment from The New School in New York where she conducted her thesis at the NYC Mayor’s Office for Food Policy.  She sits on the boards of the Portland Food Council and the Maine Grain Alliance. Her passion for social justice, local food systems, and the environment make her the perfect person to lead this effort to serve more local food at a Sodexo sites throughout Maine.

Annie Rowell

Vermont First Director

Sodexo

Annie Rowell is the Vermont First Director for Sodexo, coming to the role in 2015 after working more than three years as the Program Manager at the Center for an Agricultural Economy in Hardwick, Vermont. Her work in both roles has been dedicated to creating institutional markets for Vermont producers. She graduated from Middlebury College in 2011, majoring in Political Science. In addition to her role at Sodexo, Annie is on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Fresh Network, Vermont Working Lands Enterprise Fund, member of the Craftsbury Town Planning Commission, Secretary of the Craftsbury Village Improvement Society, and Stage Manager for the Craftsbury Chamber Players. She plays cello and bass in multiple groups in Northeast Vermont and is a Realtor with Peter D. Watson Agency. She lives in her hometown of Craftsbury, Vermont where she runs a small cut flower farm, Brassknocker Farm.
