Our lives have changed since this global pandemic. We’re navigating a new normal and each of us has a unique experience that we live every day. It can be daunting and at times completely draining, and the pressures and responsibilities of work, relationships, and society can make it easy to shift our priorities away from self care. Join us to take time for yourself and leave with a better idea of how you can approach self care amidst the pandemic.

Pragyan Sharma
Resident Physician, Boston University
Pragyan Sharma, MD attended Manipal College of Medical Science in Nepal. He did his Psychiatry Residency at Boston University Medical Center.
Pragyan was the Chief Resident at Bedford VA Medical Center. He did his Research Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Schizophrenia Research, and Global Psychiatry.
Earlier on in his career he was the Co-Founder of Dr. Bishnu Memorial Mental Health Foundation in Nepal and worked with seriously mentally ill people of Nepal. His research focused on evaluating biomarkers through multi-modal imaging for prodromal
schizophrenia.
Outside of work, Pragyan is a passionate world football follower ( soccer), enjoys meditation, mountain biking, and endurance sports. His plan is to scale Mt. Everest someday. He is a proud Goldendoodle owner and a dog lover.
Fun fact: He can convince anyone in 30 seconds to go to Nepal.
