Dianne earned a degree from Northeastern University with a concentration in Human Resources Management and has been with PwC for 25 years in various roles. Her professional experience spans across many aspects of human capital including performance management, compensation, diversity, talent acquisition and employee relations.
Currently, Dianne serves as the Northeast Assurance People Leader at PwC Boston. She provides leadership to a team of 19 professionals driving HR strategy across the Assurance practice in Boston and Hartford. Her team focuses on talent management and deployment.
Dianne lives in Scituate, MA and enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn and 14 year old son, Zach. She enjoys cooking, running and traveling.

Lesley Chan is a senior scientist in the Vector Process Development group at bluebird bio. She received degrees focusing on bioengineering from the University of Toronto and National University of Singapore, and most recently, a degree focusing on Engineering Management from Tufts University. In her career, she’s been focused on developing viable and efficient manufacturing processes in the field of regenerative medicine and gene therapy. Beginning with hands-on lab work, and more recently, in team and project leadership positions to deliver next-generation processes and to bring programs to the clinic.
