Lu Chi

Lu Chi joined Deloitte in July 2019. She is in the leadership role for Deloitte inbound international tax practice in Boston, and has served a wide range of clients from the life sciences, manufacturing, and investment management / private equity industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lu had worked at Qualcomm Incorporated, a Fortune 500 company with annual revenues of $22 billion for over 12 years, mainly responsible for US international tax reporting, IRS controversy, research and development credit, as well as tax planning in outbound transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax credit planning, intercompany financing and repatriation, and tax reform modeling. Lu received her Master of Science in Taxation from San Diego State University. She is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Yehmin Chern

Min is a senior manager in International Tax, specializing in PE clients. She has 13 years of experience, including but not limited to some stints in federal partnership compliance and high net worth individual compliance, as well as operating in private in the insurance and shipping container rentals. Min is involved in Deloitte’s Northeast chapter of the East/Southeast Asians and Allies Community. When not agonizing over excel spreadsheets, Min is often planning her next meal or playing badminton.

Alexandria Younoussi

Alexandria joined Deloitte Consulting in May 2004. As a Principal in the Human Capital Organization Transformation and Talent Practice, Alex focuses primarily in the Health Care industry where she assists leading Life Sciences organizations with large scale business transformations including the transition to the future of work. Alex is experienced in the areas of strategic change and culture execution, organization effectiveness, and talent management. She has implemented large, complex projects across multiple business functions including HR, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and Marketing. Alex is passionate when it comes to social impact and giving back to the community. She is the National Human Capital Purpose Leader, a City Year New York Board Member, and is actively involved in Deloitte’s City Year Pro Bono Partnership. Alex has a B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior from Mount Holyoke College, and an MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University.
